Anne visits Malta – Mosta Church
This church is in Mosta, Malta. It has the third largest Dome in Europe and was the recipient of a”miracle” during World War II. It seems that a bomb fell right into the dome and landed on the floor of this church. The bomb did not explode and remained on the floor until is was defused. One can still see the patched up dome ;the defused bomb is on display. The Maltese people feel that this was a miracle.
