It gives me a great feeling to see wild creatures thriving and living their life without any help from man. As I was walking in my neighborhood yesterday, I was awed by the sight of this majestic eagle guarding a gigantic nest. I could not tell whether there were eggs or eaglets but whatever was there, they were thoroughly protected. One of the perks of living in Florida, to me, is that we can live very close to wildlife, even in populated neighborhoods. What is even more impressive is that everyone I see, is so totally protective of wildlife, whether its a turtle crossing the road of wild birds flying overhead. May we always keep this attitude.
