Just recently I visited the Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota. Here is an oasis of peace and calm, away from the hectic commotion of the city even though they are located in its midst. The featured exhibit was Marc Chagall, The Color of Dreams and in my opinion, this exhibit surpasses many of the beautiful presentations that the Gardens have offered
in the past.
The Gardens’ Conservatory was transformed into a colorful collection of orchids surrounding replicas of Chagall’s’ stained glass windows. Overall, the result was a spiritual experience, one not to be missed . If you’re in the area, the exhibit will continue till July 31st.
